The LP Experience Team

The LP Experience Team builds solutions for Limited Partners (LPs) with focus on three areas :

• Developing a Closings product to make fundraising seamless.
• Creating tailored experiences for complex ownership structures.
• Improving Carta’s platform to better serve all LPs.

Collaboration is core — you will work with teams across Fund Admin R&D to solve meaningful problems and deliver impact, contributing as a full team member on projects aligned with revenue goals and user experience.

The Interview Process

Carta follows a standard tech startup interview process : recruiter and hiring manager initial, then a real-world take-home exercise (no LeetCode-style questions) and virtual interviews.
