Your future role

• Provide quality assurance and quality control
• Prepare samples for the quality control process
• Participate in various training and continuous improvement projects
• Review quality findings and validate the conformity of production
• Contribute insights and actively participate in implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Drive the enhancement of quality control processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Effectively manage instances involving non-compliant raw materials and product discrepancies
• Assist in team member education to ensure understanding of all procedures
• Visit different sites and peat moss bogs

Your future work environment

This role will be located at our Richer, Manitoba facility. This site features both office space and a production floor.
