With a staff of 14,000, the TCDSB is a dynamic school board and is seeking a full time Labour Relations Coordinator within the Human Resources department.

Key Accountabilities
Reporting to and under the direction of the Head of Labour Relations and Occupational Health and Safety, this role serves as a key member within the Labour Relations Department, providing leadership and strategic advice to our internal clients ranging from senior level administration, management, and supervisory staff to support organizational effectiveness and goal achievement. The Labour Relations Coordinator will work with both the bargaining units and non-unionized employees to foster a climate of positive and collaborative labour relations.
Requirements
This is a non-union Level 6 position with a salary range of $113,965 - $136,754 along with comprehensive benefits including pension plan, vacation, and professional development opportunities.
