Quality Control Analyst (Hybrid)

Survalent is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team and support the delivery of reliable, high-performance software solutions for the energy and utilities industry. In this role, you will play a key part in validating product requirements, designing and executing test cases, and recreating customer-reported issues to drive effective resolutions. You will work closely with Product Development, Customer Support, and Sales teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Essential Function: * Verify and validate product and project requirements * Analyze requirements, design test scenarios and manage test repository * Prepare and manage tthe est environment * Execute functional, performance and integration test cases * Develop and maintain test automation scripts and packages * Report defects, and follow up on resolutions * Support customer and sales teams with technical consultancy * Collaborate with Product Development Teams to build the most reliable solutions * Other duties as assigned Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer/electrical engineering * 2+ years of experience in software testing, system integrations, mobile and web applications * Practical experience in the software development lifecycle, configuration, and release management * Familiar with waterfall, iterative and agile methodology (JIRA/Confluence * Exceptional inter-personal skills, effective verbal, and written communication skills * Self-motivated, proactive with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate under pressure * Strong analytical skills, multi-task, organized and a keen eye for detail * Be a good team player This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Quality and Control Release Management Manager.
