Job Description
The Sherwin‑Williams Management & Sales Training Program is designed to equip you with the skills necessary for a successful career in management and professional sales. After completing the initial 8‑week training, you will advance to an Assistant Store Manager role through the company’s promote‑from‑within philosophy.

Responsibilities
Complete training consistent with the established program.Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Build and maintain knowledge of all products to enable effective customer recommendations.Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.Complete store administration.Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security.Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.Support employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.Respond to and resolve any customer and / or employee complaints.Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.Qualifications
Minimum requirements – Must be at least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work; valid unrestricted Driver’s License; at least a College or University Diploma or Degree; able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion.Preferred qualifications – One year experience in retail, sales, or customer service; one year leadership experience; team‑oriented experience (military, extracurricular, etc.); experience selling paint and paint‑related products; experience with timekeeping and / or CRM systems; willingness to relocate; ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.Equal Employment Opportunity
