THE ROLE AND IMPACT :
The Coordinator, Constituent & Donor Data, is responsible of for the crucial day-to-day data processing and handling required to support our fundraising and engagement programs at Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
With a wide variety of intake gateways and tools deployed in service of our fundraising and engagement initiatives, this role is critical in ensuring we build and maintain a single source of truth for our constituent and behaviour data. In addition, this role is responsible for executing on our commitments to providing donors with timely processing, acknowledgements, tax receipts, and other administrative requests. This role also directly supports our fund development and communications professionals with ad hoc requests and needs for campaign deployment. This role reports to the Data Operations Manager.
