Hi there! We're a fun-loving family of four seeking a nurturing, patient, and reliable nanny for our one-year-old son and three-year-old daughter. As my husband and I are both teachers, we are looking to hire a live-out nanny for our children starting September 3rd. The schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8 : 00am to 3 : 00pm. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, meal preparation (breakfast, lunch and snacks), changing diapers (for my one-year-old), engaging in age-appropriate and educational activities, and on occasion, taking them out into the community (such as the Strong Start program at Old Yale Road Elementary and Storytime at the City Centre Library). We are located at Surrey Central, so everything is within walking distance (including the mall, library, parks, and playgrounds). The ideal candidate would have experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children, and possess a strong understanding of child development. We are looking for someone who is flexible, communicates well, and willingly collaborates with us to ensure consistency in the home.
