Job Description

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross‑functional product engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who is equally passionate about team leadership. You.type.manage a group of approximately eight engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA disciplines. Working closely with the Tech Leads, you’ll ensure that the team’s solutions are technically sound and aligned with our broader engineering direction, avoiding isolated decisions that conflict with long‑term architectural goals. You’ll also collaborate with QA to maintain high standards of quality in everything the team ships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a high‑performing, cross‑functional engineering team of around eight engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA
• Split your time between hands‑on contribution (~40%) and people / process management (~60%).
• Partner with Tech Leads to ensure technical solutions align with our long‑term engineering vision, avoiding isolated decisions that conflict with strategic architectural goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to ensure priorities are clear and the team consistently delivers high‑quality, tested, and maintainable solutions.
• Foster a strong team culture centered on accountability, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor engineers to support their professional growth and help resolve performance or interpersonal issues constructively and effectively.
• Identify process gaps and areas for improvement, then work with the team to design and implement practical, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of our engineering practices as we scale, including hiring, onboarding, and cross‑team coordination.
