Job description

Job Description

The coordinator is responsible for analyzing, applying, developing, verifying, and investigating the actual schedules of cabin crew (PNC) and technical crew (PNT). They must master the collective agreements of PNC and PNT, as well as company policies, and ensure everything is correctly applied before submitting information to the payroll service. The role involves close collaboration with various departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze schedule changes and ensure compliance with collective agreements and company policies.
  • Verify and investigate route and code changes, correcting schedules as necessary.
  • Manage monthly sick leave banks, including accumulation, deduction, and redemption of sick credits for PNC.
  • Validate synchronization of PNT sick leave banks between AIMS and SAP.
  • Process bonuses according to collective agreements.
  • Calculate and process overtime, reassignments, and mandatory assignments.
  • Prepare and transmit various reports to Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and unions.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments such as In-flight Service, Crew Assignment Office, Crew Planning, Training Departments, Human Resources, and Payroll.
  • Transmit monthly data to the Payroll service.
  • Respond to crew questions regarding flight hours and credits.
  • Correct flight hours and credits records.
  • Track changes in crew status and maintain up-to-date information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (DES).
  • 2 years of experience in aviation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (French / English)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with technological tools.
  • Knowledge of the AIMS system.
  • Knowledge of PNT and PNC collective agreements.
  • Additional Information

  • A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
