We are looking for a skilled and experienced 421A Mechanic to join our team in Hamilton Ontario!
What youre responsible for :
- Performing maintenance repair and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment used in metal recycling operations
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Troubleshooting and identify issues with mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems
- Completing repairs and replacements of faulty components adhering to safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repair tasks efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and log work performed
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines while conducting maintenance and repairs
