Minimum of years handson experience on support or projects on FX trading applications Mandatory

Proficiency FX products Spot Forwards Swaps NDFs FX options Mandatory

Proficiency with PnL and Risk Management concepts including VaR and sensitivities Mandatory

Support of systems running on Windows Server environment Windows services IIS Scheduled Tasks

Support of systems running on a UNIX environment general UNIX navigation ability to read and understand UNIX shell Perl scripts

Support of SQL database based systems Good SQL query skills ability to read Stored Procured understanding of basic Query Optimisation

Experience supporting large batch systems typically Control M

Degree in Market Finance or in IT with strong knowledge of capital markets and Fixed Income products Mandatory

years of experience including an experience in support for a trading room Mandatory

Experience in support of Front applications for etrading or on linear products Mandatory

Solid Knowledge of Capital Markets Rate activities particularly swap booking processes Mandatory

Knowledge of electronic markets trading workflows and RFQ processes Mandatory

While primarily as Support Analyst role the candidate should be comfortable leading or contributing as a Business Analyst for small project when required

While primarily as Support Analyst role the candidate should be comfortable leading or contributing as a Business Analyst for small project when required

Responsibilities

Develop good relations with the FX trading business FO MORisk BO follow relationship with third parties manage assist members of team

Support highquality support coverage providing every day user support and prompt resolution of and regular communication about major incidents when required

Coordinate with other teams worldwide especially the FX Risk IT support teams in London and New York with daily handover calls to ensure a seamless support on production incidents and issues

Take ownership of production issues propose solutions and track followup to avoid reoccurrence

Ensure proactive monitoring of systems to ensure problems are detected promptly and usually by IT before users

Enforce change management procedures to ensure production stability while facilitating rapid system advances

Work with project development teams both as needed for level production support

Participate to DRP BCP exercises regulatorycompliance exercises and follow up related tasks

Provide and contribute to periodical local and global reporting ITSC and OpCo monthly reports etc

Proactive monitoring of system health metrics to identify issues before they impact the trading business

Provide system and process documentation and training to users Ensure IT team is crosstrained with sufficient expertise to avoid keyperson risks
