Position Details :

Position : Full Time (Temp) Scooper Mobile

Site : Toronto Pearson Airport

Averaging Agreement : Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Hours : Continental Afternoons (1500 - 0300)

Payrate : $20.41 / an hour

External Posting Date : November 12th, 2025

Key Responsibilities :

The Scooper Mobile officer (SMO) shall comply with the following or perform the activity described below.

• Patrolling the terminals and tagging any scooper vehicles parked.
• Patrolling and monitoring the Uber lot and pick-up locations for Scooper activity.
• Patrolling the garage during when required
• Assisting with CVO enforcement related to illegal commercial vehicles (e.g. shuttle services)
• Provide vehicular and pedestrian traffic direction and control on the Groundside area of the Airport by facilitating the movement of vehicular traffic.
• Directing or controlling the movement of vehicles at specific locations.
• Directing commercial and public vehicles along their respective traffic lanes.
• Institute regular patrols at various times each day in these areas and others, direct both vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and provide the public with relevant information concerning vehicle parking, stopping, and the loading and unloading of vehicles in a courtesy and consistent manner.
• Anticipate and address areas of vehicular or pedestrian congestion and attempt to
• Relieve the congestion and / or ensure vehicles or pedestrians move in a safe, secure, orderly and efficient manner.
• Obtain vehicle counts.
• Assist curbside staff when needed.
• Train new upcoming staff.
• Prepare reports (i.e. Scooper Mobile Report)
• Perform all other related duties as required
