Overnight Maintenance Technician
POSITION SUMMARY
Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas. Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs.
Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;
complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects).
Move up and down a ladder. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move up and down stairs and / or service ramps.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to pounds without assistance. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience : At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience : No supervisory experience.
License or Certification : None
The pay range for this position is to per hour.
