Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation : $20–$22 / hr, 2 weeks vacation, standard health benefits after 3 months, pension / RRSP eligibility

Reports to : Operations Manager

Position Overview

As a Delivery Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring the accurate, timely delivery of products to our customers. You’ll coordinate shipping, maintain inventory records, and deliver exceptional customer service that helps our clients succeed. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and condition of products
• Operate delivery van and safely transport goods to customer locations
• Receive, audit, and put away incoming products in the warehouse
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records for shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Monitor inventory levels, document deliveries / shipments, and prepare reports
• Perform quarterly inventory counts and process orders / forms / requests
• Maintain customer inventory equipment and mix rooms to company standards
• Complete DFS checklists and support retail associates as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, resolving concerns promptly
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and support company success
