Intermediate Intern Architect / Architect

Job Description

Arcadis’ Vancouver office is looking for an Intermediate Intern Architect / Architect to join its Commercial / Institutional team. You will be working on design and construction documents for commercial, institutional, retail, and educational projects. Your architectural experience, collaborative nature, attention to detail and proficiency with Revit will help you succeed in the role. You should be capable of working independently on small projects and as part of a team on medium to larger size projects.

Role Accountabilities :

• Work on multiple projects at the same time and support / lead small to intermediate size teams to complete each project
• Work collaboratively with all  team members
• Prepare documents in all project phases including design and working drawings in Revit
• Prepare client presentations and participate in user group meetings
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and clients
• Opportunity to gain construction administration experience including assisting with the review of shop drawings, preparation of site instructions and participation in onsite reviews
• Hybrid working environment

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience :

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
