Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
- Create and implement campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign messages align with overall marketing objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and analytics to optimize results and ROI
- Conduct A / B testing and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in campaign management

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketingProficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tacticsExperience in managing email marketing campaigns and familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
