Are you an experienced E&I Technician looking for a new challenge

In this position you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Enbridge compressor stations ensuring safety and reliability.

This is an Operator and Maintenance position based in Kamloops BC with required shift work out of town at one of our compressor stations.

What you will do

Complete the Operator Qualifications Training program for each station within your region as required.

Operate and maintain all facility equipment at station(s) throughout the region as required.

Complete all required safety operations and maintenance training.

Create / review procedures.

Must be willing to work away from home on a normal basis and able to work On Call and Overtime.

Work with support groups (Planner / Finance / Pipeliners etc).

Be capable of working all applicable Unifor 4960 shifts.

Include working at remote stations.

Who you are

You have the following qualifications and skills :

Required :

Journeyperson Electrician or Instrumentation Technician.

Valid drivers license.

Preferred :

Dual ticketed Journeyperson ElectricianInstrument Mechanic and / or Millwright in addition would be considered an asset.

Dual ticketed Journeyperson ElectricianInstrument Mechanic and / or Millwright in addition would be considered an asset.

Measurement experience.

Experience working with pneumatic controls and programmable controllers.

Ability to multi-task and change duties quickly.

Demonstrated self-starter.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to carry out daily duties with minimal supervision and support.

Experience working in the oil & gas industry.
