We are looking for Sr Consultants to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, with focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions).

  • A related bachelor's degree
  • Approximately 3+ years Consulting experience
  • 2 - 5 years UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or equally complex sectors
  • UKG Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration Certification are ideal
  • Experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis / recommendations
  • Experience supporting or leading business process design, enhancements
  • Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution
  • Experience participating and / or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories / test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead / support testing and drive deployment
  • An understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle
  • Project management experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work through a problem with limited information
  • Flexibility and ability to travel - on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro WFM implementation concepts.
  • Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.
  • Develop and successfully manage to project budget.
  • Deliver quality services and monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management.
  • Provide constructive on-the-job feedback / training.
  • Demonstrate high levels of UKG Pro WFM technical and professional knowledge.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
