Patient Services Specialist - Casual

Job Description

FYidoctors - Wolfville, Berwick and New Minas clinics are looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our team. This is a casual role working 0-19 hours per week . Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday .

You will play a critical role by delivering world‑class service and making a positive impact on patients everyday. As a Patient Services Specialist you will be responsible for front desk reception, pre‑testing duties, and often be the first point of contact with patients.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
• Administering pre‑testing services
• Upholding excellent customer service standards
