ROLE SUMMARY:
Manage the recording and collection of accounts receivable in Quebec and Craft Direct Delivery in Ontario and BC.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Accounts Receivable collection risk through credit policies.
- Reduce Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) Overdue (OVD) and Bad Debt.
- Reconcile payments to customers accounts.
- Maintain sound credit policy keeping credit losses and slow collection of receivables to a minimum.
- Responsible for setting new customer credit terms.
- Analysis and resolution of disputes and issues which cause orders and/or accounts to be locked.
- Unlock or lock accounts and orders as required.
- Ensure accuracy in reasons and value for credits issued.
- Communicate with customers and distributors to collect on outstanding invoices coordinate with external collections if required.
- Process and review orders ensuring criteria met for order releasing.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in French & English
- 2-3 years business experience in A/R and Credit Collection
- 2-3 years business experience in Accounting
