The Position :

The Category Support Specialist – Amazon, is pivotal in supporting our Amazon growth strategy by driving category-specific performance across our product lines by focusing on executing category-level marketing strategies, optimizing content, ensuring precise demand planning, and enhancing promotional efforts. This role collaborates closely with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that ensure category success.

Responsibilities :

eCommerce Marketing & Product Listings Optimization :

  • Develop and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion on Amazon.

Brand Content Development & Management :

  • Collaborate on developing brand content that aligns with our marketing strategy and resonates with target audiences.
  • Demand Planning & Inventory Management :

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Promotions, Sales Analysis & Analytics :

  • Analyze promotional performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Stackline and Data Tools :

  • Leverage tools like Stackline for market insights and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on category goals and strategies.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Post secondary Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce, particularly with Amazon is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative in a dynamic, team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and all areas of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and an extremely high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
