Job descriptionExcellent verbal communication and a friendly, engaging approach. Ambitious, coachable, and driven by results. Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM). Must be legally able to work in Canada and pass a criminal background check. Base pay of $50 per day plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses. Paid training with continued support from experienced team leads. Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization. A vibrant office location close to Brentwood Mall and public transit.

About the Role
We’re growing our team at Common Good and are hiring full-time Sales Associates at our Brentwood office in Burnaby. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, people-focused, and eager to make a difference through meaningful sales work.
You’ll be representing trusted nonprofit organizations through residential outreach, inspiring donors to support important causes.
Key Responsibilities
