Job description

Savills is a globally recognized commercial real estate advisor that offers tailored, full-service solutions to empower businesses in making strategic real estate decisions. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Pursuit Manager. The Pursuit Manager will collaborate closely with the Pursuits Team, service line leaders, and sales professionals to ensure proposals and presentations are compliant, competitive, memorable, customized, and impactful to decision makers at the prospect.

The Pursuit Manager will take ownership of smaller pursuit opportunities, managing the process from start to finish. This role will work independently on these smaller projects, ensuring the successful execution of content creation, deliverables, and timelines. While independently leading smaller opportunities, the Pursuit Manager will also work in partnership with other team members to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables, ensuring all materials effectively communicate Savills’ value proposition to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee pursuit processes to ensure high-quality and timely results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES :

  • Partner with senior members of the Pursuits Team, service line leaders, and sales professionals to ensure that proposals and presentations are compliant, competitive, and tailored to the needs of decision-makers.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end development of smaller pursuit opportunities, including coordinating timelines, gathering content, and overseeing the delivery of customized, high-quality proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure that all deliverables are memorable, impactful, and aligned with client-specific requirements and messaging.
  • Take ownership of pursuit deliverables, coordinating inputs from various team members, aligning content with agreed themes, managing proofreading and formatting, and ensuring the final product is client-focused and competitive.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers to ensure visuals are compelling and complement the written content, enhancing the overall presentation.
  • Maintain and organize the Pursuit Team’s content library, ensuring that relevant and up-to-date information is available for future projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Translate complex information into concise, persuasive content that highlights Savills' unique value proposition and competitive differentiation.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on the company’s goals.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, marketing / communications or sales support for a professional services organization. Commercial real estate experience is preferred.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization at all levels and functions while collaborating effectively.
  • Proven ability to use influence to drive results, independently or as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment with limited direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability develop and deliver presentations that synthesize complex problems and recommended solutions.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
