What are your contributions to the team?

During your internship, you will contribute to:
• Identify, support, and collaborate on IT initiatives under the sponsorship of a leader
• Support several improvement initiatives within Service domain.
• Demonstrate and select potential solutions of concrete problems.
• Understand and document current ecosystem architecture to facilitate common understanding on the future improvements strategies to be selected.

During your internship, you will apply the following:
• Participate and contribute in BIS team meetings related to assigned initiatives.
• Enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills in a real-world setting
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights
• Document processes, findings, and outcomes for knowledge sharing
• Contribute to increasing the efficiency of the department by deploying the developed tools
• Strengthen your presentation and storytelling skills to gain stakeholder buy-in

How to thrive in this role?

• Strong analytical thinking & communication skills
• Currently enrolled in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of AI and more specifically Generative AI (GenAI) technologies
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and Microsoft Copilot Studio (strong asset)
• Fluent in English with a good understanding of French

• Flexible workplace-Hybrid

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
