Lead Technician - Abbotsford - $31 / Hr - $40 / Hr

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technician to join our dynamic audiovisual (AV) company. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in executing advanced AV installations, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex AV projects . This individual must work independently, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to achieve project goals in alignment with AVIXA and ITIL best practices. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects on site from start to finish while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Lead and execute tasks on large-scale and complex AV projects.
• Manage daily on-site activities, ensuring work is performed to meet project specifications and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure resource allocation and project continuity.
• Perform installation and configuration of AV systems, including but not limited to theaters, arenas, broadcast studios, control rooms, and large corporate environments.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including system diagrams, equipment lists, and service records.
• Ensure all installations and services adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
