Responsibilities
• Execute the demerchandising (demerch) and remerchandising (remerch) of shelving units.
• Assist team members with the replacement and repair of steel structures.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools necessary for the assigned tasks.
• Perform all duties while working at height, requiring the use of a lift and strict adherence to fall protection protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, performing general tidy-up duties throughout the shift.
• Follow all established safety guidelines and operational procedures for the General Labourer role.
• Work effectively as part of a small team to complete all tasks within the specified timefram

Qualifications
• Proven ability to perform physical tasks as a General Labourer, including lifting, standing, and repetitive movements.
• Competence in basic tool usage (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, possibly power drills).
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, particularly when working at heights.
• Excellent reliability and punctuality for a critical, time-sensitive night shift.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
