Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Consultant and Estimating Representative based in Greater Vancouver area. The qualified Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, introduction to new leads being generated, building strong client relationships, and promoting CoreVal Homes' services. Daily tasks include leading the support of creation and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, conducting client consultations, establishing detailed scopes of work, estimating, and preparing, explaining, and signing customer contracts. The role will also involve collaborating with team members to achieve business goals as they relate to new opportunities of custom homes and remodeling.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Proven experience as industry consultant and proficiency in Sales & Marketing strategies.
• Experience in collaborating effectively with team members to meet targets.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule when needed, including weekends and evenings.
• Working and detailed knowledge with the construction and renovation industry is a must.
• Ability to work on-site at the design center in Coquitlam, and job sites throughout the greater Vancouver area.
