The Opportunity
The Office Manager is responsible for facilitating the organizational effectiveness and efficiency of office operations and procedures.
The Role
securely maintaining filing systems; assigning and monitoring clerical functions and
maintenance of office supplies
on work results.

summarizing information such as : Days to estimate; Days to invoice; Weekly and thorough
WIP review; Daily invoicing, AR / AP disputes, and Customer portals.
Staff
attention to detail and commitments (telephone and counter service).
Manager and / or Shop Supervisors as required.
monitoring labor and material to Estimate
high energy level and ability to exercise patience with customers representative for
estimated repair and / or replacement work and record appropriately.
customer service which will include advising the customer of completion time and or any
change to cost or the delivery expectation which requires appropriate monitoring of said
repair through the repair process.
