Our Client Associate provides administrative support to the Commercial Client Service Team. Together they deliver businesses tailored Insurance solutions, protecting them against the effects of damage to commercial property and assets, loss of income due to unforeseen incidents or damages to third parties. This role is a phenomenal entry point for anyone looking to build a career in the Insurance industry! Key Job Responsibilities - You will be supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing an essential role in business retention and ultimately ensuring clients have a seamless renewal experience.� - This role will update documents on company portals, prepare renewals and endorsements, process web-based changes. - Assist in crafting client presentations, preparing RFPs and further strengthening insurance partner relationships. - You will continue to build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading skillsets through training on specific coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems. - Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources. About you

Required : High school diploma and 1 year experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office. Thorough knowledge of office procedures.
