Nous recherchons un(e) pharmacien(ne) pour rejoindre notre pharmacie spécialisée et dynamique à Richmond, C.-B. La portée de ce rôle comprend l’assistance dans la vérification de la distribution des médicaments spécialisée de la pharmacie.
La portée de vos responsabilités
- la vérification de la distribution des médicaments spécialisée de la pharmacie, incluant révision et interprétation des prescriptions médicales, note les interactions entre médicaments, faire le contrôle et vérification de thérapie médicale et rapporter les effets ou situation d’incident grave;
- Communiquer avec les patients, professionnel de la sante, et dévident clairement et efficacement;
- Une interaction exemplaire centre sur le patient tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe;
- Gestion de cas de patient, généralement par téléphone mais possible par courriel ou en personne;
- Posséder ou être en développement de connaissance approfondie de produits spécialisés.
L’expérience que vous apportez à l’équipe
- Détenir une licence de pratique de pharmacie du C.-B.;
- 1+ an d’expérience en pharmacie au Canada;
- Aptitude de communication et création de relations forte;
- Compétence en informatique générale et compréhension de Microsoft Word et Excel;
- Habileté prouvée de résolution de problème et prise de décision en utilisant la pensée critique.
- Démonstration efficace de la gestion du temps et organisation;
- Forte attention au détail dans un environnement rapide;
- Intéressé dans l’apprentissage continu;
- Bonne étique de travail d’équipe
