Join our growing global team and lead the integrations team by delivering high-quality, scalable integrations between our core system and third-party systems, while guiding the developers to ensure projects are prioritized, completed on time, and aligned with technical standards.
Here’s what you’ll be focused on :
Deliver Integration Projects on Time
- Lead development and implementation of key integration projects
- Ensure tasks are prioritized effectively to meet deadlines
- Communicate progress and challenges to the CTO regularly
Establish Clear Integration Framework
Set up a reusable and scalable integration frameworkAlign with company-wide architecture standardsImprove integration performance and scalabilityGuide and Mentor the Team
Provide daily guidance and mentorship to integration developersReview and provide feedback on code regularlyEncourage team members to take ownership of their workAct as a Backup Architect
Collaborate with the CTO on architectural decisionsEnsure smooth implementation of architectural designsIn order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to have :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science5+ years experience and excellent knowledge of Python2+ years of experience leading a team3+ years experience working with RESTful APIs3+ years experience with LinuxExperienced with SQL databases, and MySQL in particular, and NoSQL databasesThese are not a must, but will provide you with an advantage :
PHP knowledgeExperience with building an APIExperience with containers technologies such as Docker or KubernetesExperience with web-server frameworks such as Flask or DjangoProficiency with additional web backend environments – such as Java / Scala / Node.js / .NETKnowledge of cloud services, specifically AWS EC2, Lambda functions and Microservices
