How Youll Lead

As General Sales Manager, youll take ownership of performance, culture, and customer experience, while mentoring and motivating a high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities include :

Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to exceed targets

Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance

Oversee desking, closing, and deal structuring

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery

Analyze sales data and execute strategies for continuous improvement

Set the standard for professionalism, urgency, and winning culture

The Leader Were Looking For

Proven leadership experience in automotive sales (candidates with 3+ years of experience qualify for a signing bonus of up to $3,000)

Valid Drivers License and acceptable Drivers Abstract

A strong closer who can develop closers

Highly organized, competitive, and results-driven

Confident decision-maker with strong communication skills
