This role involves liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Act as the primary liaison between contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and project alignment. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and relevant regulations. Provide detailed and regular updates to management on project status, progress, and any deviations from plans. Oversee procurement processes, including the sourcing and purchasing of materials and equipment. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction coordination, project management, or a related role, preferably with a focus on electrical construction and module fabrication. Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies. Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with construction management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms. Specialized Experience : Hands-on experience in electrical construction and module fabrication processes is highly desirable. Preferred Skills Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar credentials. Working Conditions This role involves a mix of office-based and on-site work, requiring travel to construction sites as needed. May involve extended hours to meet project deadlines.
