Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer specializing in Test Quality, you will support the delivery team in achieving high-quality test outcomes by applying a structured approach, test practices, and technical solutions. You will utilize expertise in test optimization, automation, and analytics to drive accelerated business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Implement Test Optimization : Apply a model-based Test Design approach to optimize testing processes and accelerate test automation using the IGNITE platform. This involves analyzing existing test processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Leverage Cognitive Tools : Utilize cognitive tools and techniques to transform detection-based testing into prevention-based Quality Engineering, ensuring high-quality software products.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Develop and implement integrated metrics and measurements to drive improvements in test quality and contribute to improved time to market.
- Prepare Quality Plans : Create and guide the team on Quality Plans and overall Quality for the project lifecycle, emphasizing quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Guide Technical Test Practices : Adopt and promote easily consumable technical test practices, ensuring the team's alignment with quality standards.
