    Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for potential clients
  • Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills
  • Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent
  • Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall
  • Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
  • Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents
  • Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently
  • Qualifications

  • No experience is required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
  • The role offers commission opportunities as part of the compensation package.
  • Additionally, having a valid driver's License is a mandatory requirement.
  • Compensation

    85,000 - $175,000 yearly
