Retail Operations Supervisor

SCHEDULE : Part-time, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 6am-6pm

PAY : $21.60 / hour.

The Duty-Free store on the Canadian side of the Ambassador Bridge Plaza is one of the most exciting places to work in Windsor. Our store provides visiting guests with a unique shopping experience. Our offerings include designer fragrances from around the world, fine crystal, exquisite jewelry, clothing and accessories, and of course spirits and tobacco.

Ambassador Duty Free is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor , to become part of this fast paced, growth-oriented company and to help drive the future success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :

• Coaching, developing, counselling, and disciplining store employees.
• Enforcing store policies and procedures to ensure operations are in compliance with legal requirements.
• Overseeing availability of merchandise by maintaining store inventories.
• Strategically displaying store items and running sales promotions to increase store profitability.
• Creating and maintaining a safe, and clean work environment for employees and customers.
• Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers.
• Ensuring each guest receives excellent customer service.
