DevOps SRE Specialist (Intermediate)
As a DevOps SRE Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and evolving our software factory, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently. You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our CI / CD pipelines and tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Platform Support and Maintenance :
Ensure the reliability and availability of our software factory tools. (Jenkins, Git, Nexus, SonarQube, etc.)
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues, implementing timely solutions.Adhere to strict security standards and compliance regulations.Collaborate with global teams to provide 24 / 7 support coverage.CI / CD Pipeline Optimization :Assist development teams in adopting best practices for CI / CD pipelines.
Automate tasks and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.Implement innovative solutions to improve deployment speed and reliability.Platform Innovation and Evolution :Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance our software factory.
Conduct proof-of-concepts to validate emerging technologies.Contribute to the modernization of our platform on Microsoft Azure.Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration :Document processes and best practices to improve knowledge sharing.
Mentor team members and provide guidance on CI / CD tools and methodologies.Actively participate in the DevOps community and share insights with peers.Required Skills and Experience :
Strong proficiency in Linux, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git, and monitoring tools.5+ years of experience in development or administration of software factory tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.Passion for automation and continuous improvement.Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud-native technologies.Familiarity with build tools (Maven, MSBuild, npm) and artifact repositories. (Nexus, Artifactory)Knowledge of scripting languages. (PowerShell, Python)Languages : French, English.
Required : Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with US-based colleagues and partners.
