F JOB OVERVIEW :

FIELDBOSS is an innovative, flexible field service management solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and designed for elevator, HVAC, and specialty contractors.

The organization is led by a team of Chartered Professional Accountants and Certified Microsoft Technology Specialists who have been providing the highest level of service in the Microsoft solution consulting industry since 1989.

We're in search of a Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant where the primary responsibility of the FIELDBOSS Consultant is to lead, assist, and support the onboarding, stabilization, and enhancement of FIELDBOSS clients.

The FIELDBOSS Consultant will lead or assist with consulting tasks on presales and implementation of our contractor clients.

Depending on role and experience, they may also assist with support, enhancements, and upgrades of exiting customers. They will self manage tasks with minimal supervision commensurate with their skill and experience level.

The employee in this role will work both independently or as a task leader, often balancing multiple deadlines concurrently with a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

The FIELDBOSS Consultant will :

• Perform consulting tasks including product training, data migrations, minor system configurations, post go live support and more.
• Perform consulting tasks as the primary resource to our customers on a project or as an associate consultant to another FIELDBOSS lead consultant.
• Own or assist with internal projects such as product demonstrations, contribute to design and development meetings, provide marketing content assistance, participate in project management meeting updates and more.

Skills & Experience Required

1. Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and related products including :

• Form customization.
• Creating and modifying reports, charts, and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
• Creating workflows in Dynamics 365.

2. Candidates will possess strong interpersonal workplace skills including :

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication with proper use of grammar and diction.
• Strong listening skills.
• Innate positive customer service attitude.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

3. Modifying Resco Mobile using Woodford Tool set an asset. Will train.

4. Ability and desire to lead.

5. Strong work ethic and time management.

6. Experience in client support, field service or other field service management software would be very beneficial.
