Job description

Join a dynamic team as a Regional Sales Consultant and take charge of managing our client base in the independent business (IB) financial services sector. At the company, the team is dedicated to providing top-notch solutions that empower businesses to thrive. With a focus on customer acquisition and retention, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and achieving targets. This position offers a hybrid work model in Toronto.

Responsibilities :

Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support and integration.

Cultivate strong relationships with assigned accounts, crafting tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms to align with corporate objectives.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to refine offerings and meet client expectations.

Drive customer acquisition and ensure seamless integration and service delivery.

Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and ongoing status updates.

Educate the sales team and clients on compliance, procedures, and industry trends.

Continuously develop skills through our comprehensive training programs.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

7-10 years of field sales experience, preferably in relevant industries.

Self-motivated with strong communication skills.

Valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle required.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and fostering customer relationships.

5+ years of experience in the industry.
