SENIOR GAME MATHEMATICIAN (SLOT GAMES)

We are looking for a passionate SENIOR GAME MATHEMATICIAN (SLOT GAMES) to join our math team. Primary responsibilities of this position include developing math models for slot machines, producing and maintaining PAR sheets, playtesting games in development, all while maintaining a laser focus on creating the best possible player experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create math models based on specification documents
• Create and maintain PAR sheets
• Help with a playable prototype creation
• Debug RTP together with our development team
• Collaborate with the Head of Game Design and other Mathematicians to create the best possible player experience
• Work closely with the Game Owner, Art Director, and Developers to ensure the final game Math is integrated according to the agreed vision
• Set and share best practices, tools, production pipelines and workflows within the Math team
• Follows the game development, playtest the math models and ensure that it is implemented according to the Math design specifications
• Participate in the Math development process of improvement
• Supervise all Math documents delivered by the Math team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Provide feedback to the company’s management team
• Perform other tasks as required

Preference will be given for candidates who are in Montreal, Canada and / or who are able to relocate. Preference will also be given for candidates with experience in developing online casino games.
