Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Security Systems Installer for an on‑site role located in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining security systems such as alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control systems. The role also involves troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues, providing on‑site client training, and ensuring all systems are installed in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. Collaboration with clients to assess and fulfill their specific security needs is also an essential part of the job.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in installing and maintaining security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software, diagnosing, and solving technical issues
• Experience with networking and wiring, including cabling and system connectivity
• Ability to work independently on‑site, manage time effectively, and follow detailed installation protocols
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and providing operational training
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations
• Relevant certifications or technical training in security systems installation and maintenance are a plus
• Familiarity with Canadian‑manufactured security products is an asset
