Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations and provide patient care based on consultations or file review.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Establish and develop a strong working relationship with Professional Services District Manager and other stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and / or refill requests from customers, doctors or hospitals.
• Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely using the established workflow; counsel patients on sold pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Execute processes per Walmart's SOPs.
• Operate all pharmacy equipment (register, computer system, etc.). Protect and maintain patient privacy and comply with provincial regulations.
• Ensure patients receive all eligible services (medication reviews, injections, etc.) to meet patient needs. Ensure that the Pharmacy is open and operational during posted business hours.
• Assist in executing the business action plan with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve corporate goals.
