Responsibilities
- Define the frameworks, implementation, and development of various quality strategies for targeted الإسلامي teams;
- Work in collaboration with architecture and delivery teams to ensure that various quality requirements (functional and non-functional) are taken into account from the ideation stage onwards;
- Act as a specialist advisor to management to implement and interpret various indicators of solution quality;
- Act as a mentor to teams assigned to software quality practices and methods, and lead local quality communities of practice;
- Represent the sector in terms of quality practices to other company departments and externally;
- Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability.
What do we expect from you?
The minimum required skills necessary for this role :
Technical Skills
Knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phases;Experience with CI / CD pipelines;Experience in mobile testing and API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured;Experience with devising test strategies, conducting and / or coordinating tests, and identifying defects to maintain high standards of performance and reliability;Understanding of end-to-end quality and implementing testing strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices;Understanding of working in an agile environment with various scrum teams, using test management tools such as JIRA / XRAY;Familiarity with the use of LLM's and AI tools to build and determine test coverage concepts;Hands‑on experience in Java Selenium for UI automation;Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.Working Knowledge
Exposure to the Atlassian tool sets, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc.;Ability to collaborate in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.Soft Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams;Ability to work closely with developers, product and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirements;Ability to be a collaborative team member and deliver in a fast‑paced environment with short sprint cycles;Ability to continuously improve testing processes, identify gaps, and recommend automation where feasible;Ability to coordinate tool enhancement needs with infra政治team;Ability to communicate on the team's behalf to both technical and non‑technical audiences.What can you expect from TMC?
