Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Director of Care for one of our LTC client located near Clinton, ON. Director of Care will oversee and manage the delivery of high‑quality healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards. Key responsibilities include leading a team of nursing professionals, managing patient care plans, supervising critical care operations, and developing training programs to enhance staff competency. Additionally, the Director of Care will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the well‑being of patients in a variety of healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Nursing and Case Management
• Proficiency in Critical Care Medicine
• Minimum 1 year of experience is required
• Experience in developing and delivering staff training and education
• Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Eligibility to practice nursing in Canada (e.g., RN or RPN licensure)
• Experience in long‑term care or facility management is an asset
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
