Technology Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Legal Technology Analyst to join an enterprise retail company hybrid out of Vancouver. You will serve as an advocate for the Legal team to identify their technology needs, document user requirements, create and administer technology training materials, and manage technology projects and implementations to successful completion. This role will research and analyze technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements. The Legal Technology Analyst will coordinate with the Legal and Technology teams, and 3rd party vendors to develop and maintain technology solutions for streamlining work processes. Other core responsibilities include :

• Take in requirements from Legal team members and document technical requirements
• Assess configuration options to meet requirements and specifications
• Support and manage the technology roadmap
• Perform troubleshooting and investigate root cause of production issues
• Responsible for assisting the Legal team with day-to-day technology use and adoption
• Manage and drive selection, design, implementation, and adoption of new Legal technology platforms including matter management, document management, and billing management
• Maintain current technology systems, including enhancements, bug / fixes, and scheduled updates
