Heavy Duty Mechanic / Welder

Position Overview

We are seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic / Welder to join our Cranbrook Service team. This role supports welding and fabrication work on trucks, trailers, and equipment, with expanded responsibility for candidates who are mechanically inclined.

This position is well suited for a Level 1 to Level 3 Welder who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants consistent work in a professional heavy-duty service environment. Candidates with mechanical aptitude may support additional repair work and will be considered for full-time employment.

Paid Well.

We offer competitive hourly wages based on welding level, training, and experience.

Hourly Rate : CA$33.22 – CA$47.45

Wages are determined by certification level, demonstrated skill, and overall scope of work. Mechanically inclined candidates who can support broader service work may progress more quickly.

Qualifications

Note : Candidates with welding‑only experience may be considered for part‑time work. Full‑time opportunities are available for mechanically inclined welders.
