They are lookingexperienced energetic and established TransportationBrokerage Customer Service Representative to joinour rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Supporting all service requirements of assigned FLScustomers to exceed expectations;
  • Identifyingthe service requirements and information required for each customershipment;
  • Entering all relevant shipment dataand information into the TMS;
  • Verifying ratesfuel surcharges and any applicable accessorial charges charged tothe customer are correctly entered in TMS;
  • Problemsolving customer specific issues from the point oforder placement through to completion;
  • Updatingcustomers with shipment status updates as required;
  • Proactively communicating any service issues or delays tocustomers;

Maintaining the highest level ofprofessionalism when dealing with any FLS customers.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in freightbrokerage / 3PL with a desire to grow professionally anasset;
  • Strong organizational and time managementskills;
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in afastpaced environment;
  • Energetic hard workingand detail oriented;
  • Proven ability to workindependently and in a collaborative / team environment;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (bothverbal & written).
