Job descriptionPacking pharmaceutical products as per seasonal protocols. Using vendor shipping software to create waybills. Verifying shipments are sent correctly and on schedule. Assist with dispensing activities : filling and labelling medication. Assist with inventory activities : receiving orders and weekly counts. Resolve payment or drug coverage issues. Maintain financial information, enter data, prepare invoices, maintain AR accounts. Respond to communication from stakeholders, email, phone. Monitor claims, resolve before patient dose date. College diploma in Pharmacy Assistant program or related field or equivalent. 1+ years’ experience in a similar role. Experience using Kroll in a pharmacy setting is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, thorough in fast‑paced environment. General computer proficiency : Microsoft Word & Excel. Proficiency with numbers and calculations. Proven customer service skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Problem solving, critical thinking, independent decision making. Flexible, able to handle heavy and fluctuating workloads. Meet tight deadlines. Capable of lifting 5–10 lbs, up to 50 lbs as needed. Continuous learning mindset. Teamwork ability.
