We are currently looking for a permanent positionto manage the Restaurant.
The main duties are:
- Act on behalf of the owner/director in operating the restaurant when he is not on site.
- Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations, including front of house, back of house and food processing team.
- Recruit, train and supervise restaurant staff, including food processing workers
- Monitor staff performance for evaluation,
- Set staff, including food processing workers, work schedules,
- Plan, order and manage inventory and supplies, including for food processing,
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including the restaurant and food processing
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies,
- Assist the owner/director in marketing plans and implementation,
- Resolve customers' complaints or concerns,
- Prepare production reports,
- Manage events and catering services
Requirements:

Working schedule: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours.
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1-2 years in the same position and at least 3 years in the professional setting
Language at work: English
Wage: $37-$39/ hour and 40 hours/week
