What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
Install, align, and dismantle machinery and mechanical systems
Fabricate and weld components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability

What Are We Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven skills in welding and metal fabrication

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Familiarity with rigging, hoisting, and precision alignment of equipment

Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement

Red Seal Millwright certification or equivalent trade qualification is an asset

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
